As an Associate at Lamura Malizia Rasile & Partners LLP, Andrea Galgani holds a Master’s Degree in Law at the University of Naples “Federico II”, where he also completed his thesis in International Law. Having also studied Law in Madrid, as part of his academic training, he broadened his exposure to comparative legal systems and cross-jurisdictional frameworks.

Andrea’s work focuses on legal and commercial matters involving Italy and the United States, with particular emphasis on corporate law, cross-border litigations, immigration-related matters, real estate issues, and international tax aspects. Within the Firm, he contributes to the review and analysis of complex multi-jurisdictional matters, taking part in the development of strategic approaches and the coordination of operational activities required in international cases.

Supported by a solid academic background, experience in multidisciplinary environments, and full working proficiency in Italian, English and Spanish, Andrea assists the Firm in tasks that demand legal research, accuracy, and the ability to navigate diverse regulatory frameworks and procedural systems.
