Chiara Calcagnini holds a Master’s Degree in Law (Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza) from Sapienza University of Rome, graduating with a thesis in Comparative Law focused on civil liability along the value chain under the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). During her academic journey, she expanded her international outlook by participating in the Erasmus program at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland), where she deepened her knowledge of diverse legal systems and comparative methodologies.

Following her graduation, Chiara gained valuable experience in Italian legal practice while further cultivating a strong interest in the international legal landscape. She is a certified civil and commercial mediator in Italy and is currently completing her qualification to become an international mediator.

Within the Firm, Chiara actively assists senior professionals in handling complex legal matters. Her international background, combined with her fluency in four languages (Italian, English, French, and Spanish), enables her to effectively manage cross-border issues requiring meticulous analytical skills, a methodical approach, and efficient coordination between different jurisdictions.
