De Nichilo Francesca Anna, law graduate, is an International Associate at Lamura, Malizia, Rasile & Partners LLP.

Francesca has been working at LMRP since 2023, handling Italian-US cases in a wide range of areas, particularly banking, corporate, and contract law.

She has extensive knowledge of credit transfer and securitization transactions, where, after carrying out due diligence, she provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance to clients entering the world of financial investment.

Francesca has experience in handling the complex phase of recovering purchased credit, implementing, settlement transactions with the debtor parties up to the more complex judicial phase, aimed at initiating the legal actions necessary for the enforced recovery of the credit.

Furthermore, among her areas of expertise, Francesca has gained significant experience in family law, assisting clients in separation and divorce proceedings, custody and parental responsibility, including for unmarried parents.

Finally, working in an international context, Francesca has also gained experience in immigration matters, assisting US clients in filing judicial or administrative applications for the recognition of their Italian citizenship.
