Marian Quintero
Her practice includes advising clients on a broad range of commercial and legal matters, as well as representing clients in disputes involving complex business and intellectual property issues.
Ms. Quintero has significant litigation experience, having represented clients in federal intellectual property and commercial disputes from filing through resolution. She has successfully negotiated substantial settlements in copyright infringement matters and has advised clients regarding litigation exposure, risk assessment, and settlement strategy.
Her background in intellectual property law provides additional experience in matters involving trademarks, copyrights, brand protection, and intellectual property enforcement.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Quintero has experience in legal technology and artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining her current practice, she worked as an AI Legal Research Editor, conducting primary legal research and critically assessing AI-generated legal reasoning against controlling precedent, including subsequent developments, overruling decisions, and regulatory changes.
Ms. Quintero obtained her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University College of Law, where she received Certificates in Intellectual Property Law and Human Trafficking. During law school, she served on the Moot Court Board and as Vice President of Financial Affairs.
Ms. Quintero is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.
She is fluent in English and Spanish.
