Martina Favale, graduated cum laude in Law, is an International Associate at Lamura, Malizia, Rasile and Partners LLP.

Martina participated on a broad range of Italian and U.S. legal matters, with a particular focus on corporate and contract law. She regularly deals with M&A transactions and complex commercial agreements involving leading companies operating across Italy and the United States, and has recently been involved in a multimillion-dollar acquisition of a U.S. company.

Martina has helped in multiple litigation matters involving breach of contract and cross-border disputes, including cases across the U.S. between major companies engaged in large-scale commercial projects.

In addition to her corporate and litigation experience, Martina has been involved in several tax law matters, related to international U.S.-Italy transactions, cross-border structuring, and inheritance and probate matters involving substantial estates and high-value assets.

Her practice also extends to immigration law, where she has gained significant experience on U.S. visas and Green Cards, as well as Italian visa procedures for foreign professionals and investors and Italian citizenship iure sanguinis procedures.
