Emiliano Malizia is a partner of Lamura, Malizia, Rasile & Partners, and he is the director of the California’s practice. Mr. Malizia is a California attorney with substantial experience in international law, tax law, immigration law, business immigration, real estate, commercial litigation, and corporate law. He works at the Los Angeles office of the Firm.

Mr. Malizia especially focuses on immigration law and corporate immigration law, dealing with matters such as nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, as well as family-based and employment-based immigrant petitions. In addition, as an Italian attorney in Los Angeles, Mr. Malizia often engages in corporate litigation and assists different international clients to resolve transnational cases, both in and out of court.

Furthermore, Mr. Malizia has substantial experience in family law involving Italian citizens and involving issues of international law. Mr. Malizia has also worked on numerous international transactions and has operated with clients from all over the world, including individuals and companies from Italy, France, Serbia, Germany, England, China, and the Philippines.

Mr. Malizia has obtained the Italian Law Degree at the Bocconi University’s School of Law. In addition, Mr. Malizia has obtained the American Juris Doctor Degree from Whittier Law School, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, besides being a member of the Law Review.
